Starting with 2011, she began participating in various body building contests, some of which she won. Ana D. De Iturrondo won 1st place at the NPC Team Universe & Fitness National Championships in 2013, the NPC South Beach Classic in 2012 and various 2nd prizes at the NPC Metropolitan Championships in 2012 and the NPC Eastern USA Championships in 2012. She achieved these performances because she does cardio when she wakes up and then she does weight training at the gym.
