GRiZ is an American DJ, electronic music producer, song writer and instrument player. His real name is Grant Kwiecinski and you might know him for his ability to play the saxophone. Besides that, you should know that he produces funk, electro-soul, and a type of self-described future-funk music. In addition, he is the owner of his own label, which was created in order to promote his music and to represent other genres too. He favors future funk, new disco, cutting edge electronica, and anything on the forefront of new sound.

Born on May 31, 1990 in Southfield, Michigan, GRiZ is one talented artist! First introduced to the alto sax, he also played the piano during elementary school. So far, he has released 5 albums, namely “End of the World Party”, “Mad Liberation”, “Rebel Era”, “Say It Loud” and “Good Will Prevail”. In addition, GRiZ hosts an annual event that you might know about. It is meant to raise money for charity and it is called “12 Days of Grizmas”.
