Kerry Washington is an American actress and an activist. She sustains cancer causes, supports gay rights and she’s also part of the Creative Coalition and V-Day. Mostly known for her roles in the popular ABC show “Scandal” and in “I Think I Love My Wife” with Chris Rock, Kerry is also named Marisa.
Born on January 31, 1977 in New York City, NY, Kerry Washington debuted in 2000 in the highly acclaimed independent film called “Our Song”. Some of the most recent movies she starred in are “Django Unchained”, “For Colored Girls”, “Life Is Hot in Cracktown”, and “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer”. As for her other occupations, she currently serves as both a brand ambassador and creative consultant for Neutrogena.
