Christmas Abbott is an athlete and a dog lover. She started training in 2006 and has accomplished a lot since then. At the beginnins, she didn’t have a coach in CrossFit, but she eventually completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course, as well as other courses. She is now training for NASCAR because she likes challenges and new sports. In addition, she owns CrossFit Invoke where she also trains other people.
As a person, Christmas Abbott is a petite woman, measuring 5’3″ and weighting 121lbs. Her diet is a strict Paleo and she trains twice per week. In her free time, she likes to run, go to the beach, read and listen music with violins. She has a dog named Fran. She posed naked for Inked Magazine. That’s the best place you can see her tattoos.
